History: Rejio is the most popular member of the Brotherhood, at least with the females on the island. When he was a Hunter he was very honorable about his deeds, using more 'humane' methods of killing than his comrades. When he's not attending to other matters, he spends a lot of time attending to the needs of the women and children on the island, especially the Breeders.
