History: The youngest member of the Brotherhood, Ictus hasn't been there very long. He was promoted to the Brotherhood when the previous occupant of seat one passed away. There was talk of this seat going to Renford, but Renford showed no interest in being a member. Ictus knows that he was second choice, and because of this holds some resentment towards Renford.
